Our after-school programmes provide youth in grades 7 to 12 with a range of activities that engage their minds and bodies.

From sports and physical activities, to health and wellness, to help with homework, our supportive staff help to keep youth busy and engaged.
Youth sign up for the programme at the beginning of each school year and participate from 3 to 5 days per week. Group sizes range from 15 to 25 depending on the location.
Activities in our after-school programmes include sports, outdoor play, walks, hikes, health and wellness, life skill such as cooking and nutrition, homework support and social activities such as game nights.

Activities in our after-school programmes are based on the interests of our youth, who take an active role in programme planning.
Our youth receive healthy snacks each day that follow the Canada Food Guide.
